i used ftp800 and deleted the sms & mms settings by mistake. Can someone help me with
1. O2 wap settings
2. O2 gprs settings
3. O2 mms settings
4. nowmms settings eg http://
5. o2 pop3 email settings for a p800.
im totally gutted and cant get my fone back to the way it was. please help.

Is there not a configurator online to send all of those settings to your p800 via a sms, i think its on the SE website, when you get them store them in "auto setup" in the messages menu, then you can send them to yourself whenever you want.

Yep. All the data is available via the
website or from the O2 website. Just look for 'phone configurators'.
