p800 pc suite error pls help

Hi, im new here i hoping any of you guys can help me my pc suite for my p800 is not working properly w/ xp i cant upload mpeg, pics, etc. from my phone to my pc.

can you be a bit more specific?
is there an error message on your screen when you try to transfer
files?
and is the error only limited to pics and videos? what about other files, can you transfer other stuff like sound and docs?

Also make sure you have the latest version of the PC Suite - 1.5.1 I think, downloadable from the SE website. I couldn't restore my backups prior to this version.
