Does anyone know where i can store files (like themes and polytones) and then download them via Wap??......for instance, i have made my own theme (and don't have an IR or BT device on my PC) but i can uplaod it to an online datatbase and through that download it via wap??

You may want to try www.topcities.com. They offer webspace for up to 150MB free.
Just create your own wap site and upload it from there.

altho not quite as good as topcities..slightly simpler mebbe...
