OH Hell, I have just synchronized with outlook

Can i only have myself to blame here ?

I have just attempted to explore my p800 with Windows XP, and a handy cradle.

But the handy Backup feature didnt kick in until i started the synchronization process, and now i have a blank list, with mebe 2 email addresses . . .

My Life is ruined, and my Business jus walked away too !!

- can it be undone, all i can find is a list of dialled numbers (with names)

Outlook has screwed me proper .... (no smiley attached)

ps : i have not yet destroyed my p800
