I got a good deal!
I bought a Z520i SIM-free from the CPW. They also gave me a Bluetooth hands-free and a 'fresh' SIM with £20 credit on it for £129 all in.
Sorted.

I was always a bit cynical about all the 'posers' on the street with BT headsets but I love mine now.
Posted by Vlammetje
I think they're great
(I always used to get my wired headset caught in the seatbe;t while driving... annoyed the hell out of me)

Yeah, I've been spammed about this as well. I'm tempted to vote for all the OTHER contestants on principle.

Hi guys,
Does any1 have Idea About 3G Lock??
Posted by stayback
Am interested in buying 1 phone on ebay, the sellers says that the Nokia 6630 is 3G Locked and can be opened by any mobile technician in india... Is it possible?
Posted by Vlammetje
A question about a nokia on an SE forum..... about Technicians in India in a UK thread..... about Ebay phone resellers.... I am sure anybody with a screwdriver can open up any phone they like..... perhaps you should clarify yourself a bit more about what it is that you want

I think he means the network lock - or unlocking code.

Its not everyday an esato member competes to be the most popular person in their country - It has also given esato some media coverage, as I report everytime I get a mention
Posted by Vlammetje
But you're not 'just'an esato member... in fact you are subscribed on almost all forums I visit (albeit recently...
And you are not in the contest in the capacity of 'esato member' so it's really not much related imho, is it?

I like Marga.

I know..i am from the "america's" but i have a couple of questions. Being Canadian it bugs me that sometimes i get mistaken for being from the US. And although some things are correct that some think about Canada most of us don't live in igloo's.

So is the average Brit a tea drinking, queen loving, footy crazy pub rat?

We drink more coffee, I think. We seem to, on the whole, like our queen. Soccer is quite popular. Pubs do good business.

Oh, i am disappointed i couldn't watch the final, and a little that the gunners lost. Canadians drink lots of coffee, and beer. Eat donuts and like hockey. And we like to make fun of americans as a hobby

lol you guys may live further appart but you sound the same "Speechwise"
Posted by buster99
LIES!!! We don't sound alike. That is like me saying that a London native sounds like a Scotsman!
Posted by methylated_spirit
Thyats a good point, being a good, old-fashioned patriotic Scot it really infuriates me when someones says "is Scotland part of England, then?"
And there is more of an anti-royal feeliong than a pro-royal one north of the border, to be honest
