i know (correct me if i'm wrong) that i need to record the contact's name through the HBH-60 in order to voice dial it properly through it.
how do i do this?
i want to voice dial contacts when the phone is few feet away from me. can i do this?

BTW - i have SE p800.

You can record the voice commands using the headset. When the phone asks you to record push the button on the headset. Once the connection has been made you can record via the headset.

From my experience i couldn't get this to work. Commands would just be recorded really quietly, as i assume the speaker on the phone was recording me. I recorded my commands directly on the p800 and they work fine on hbc-60 (sometimes! ;o)

did anyone use a jabra bt 200 and a hbh60???
which one is better? thanks

Box should be sealed with SE sticker. This is how they are delivered from the manufacturer.

HBH-60 pisses on BT 200. Twice the price but worth triple. Better size, more comfortable, better compatibilty (voice-dial is more reliable etc). I'm no brand freak but best to go with SE on this one.

agreed the HBH-60 is far better than most other headsets!!

only problem i got the HBH-30 and my mate has the HBH-60

The SE HBH-60 has the BEST signal strength I've encountered between the P800 and a BT headset. In other words both the Jabra BT200 and a Plantronics M1000 (I also own) will begin to break-up and garble when there is less than "line of sight" between the headset and the P800. On the other hand the HBH-60 performed great even with objects between it and the P800. (ie P800 belt clipped on left side of the body with the HBH-60 used on the right ear... body density is the obstacle)
