is there any way to install software for the 3650 using the Memory Card?

yea, just transfer the .sis file to your MMC. then open it with a file explorer like SeleQ (not free) or FExplorer (free). then when you are installing it it will ask you if you want to install it to the phone or to the memory card, just select the card. hope this helps!
