Need help configuring A388 for AT&T (WAP)

Bought an A388 (Motorola) combo PDA and phone. It's unlocked. Originally made for Cingular.Installed AT&T SIM. Works great on voice, but having much trouble configuring the WAP (GPRS). AT&T says they don't have manuals for it, and Motorola says it's AT&T's problem if they want my business. Anybody got ideas? By the way, when I insert the AT&T IP: 010.250.250.250, it keeps dropping the first zero after firing up. Both AT&T and Motorola (bought it direct from them...unlocked!) say it should work, but then tell me to go to the other guy to configure it. Help!
