3650 - mp3 and mp4 help - Esato archive

I have MP3Player for the Nok3650 and when I try to play an MP3 it says "Mp3Player: Feature not supported". Can any one tell me why this is the case.

Also I have moved an MP4 of a music video over but it can't be found in real player.

I do have the file conversion thing switched off so I am presuming that they are still MP3s and Mp4s on the phone. Can anyone offer any suggestions
