Cheap(er) Text Messages - Esato archive

Hi

Does anyone know if there are any suppliers that allow you to use cheap text messages, in a similar way to calling cards and cheap calls.
I remember reading that its possible to send messages to other message centre numbers and have another supplier for SMS.

Do not use other center numbers on your sim card as it is a breach of terms and conditions (well it is in the uk) my sim card got blocked for using them. :-)
