Camera res. on p800, T610, 7250, GD87 oso ??

i know that 7250 has a 352x288 resolution. How about the others?
Which is best?

P800=640x480
T610=352x288
GD87=the same as the screen resolution if I remeber correctly (which is something like 170x200 I don't remember exactly.

The P800 has most likely the best camera of these phones.
