Internet connection from Dell Axim Pda (Ppc) to T68m via Bluetooth

I want to connect to the internet from Dell Axim PDA (PPC) to T68m via Bluetooth CF card. I need to know if I need to upgrade the firmware on the T68m or not. It has the firmware from when I bought it about 8 or 9 months ago from Cingular.

Also, I have SBC DSL with unlimited Dial up access. Can I call the DSL ISP to connect to the net or does it have to be the WAP net service from Cingular?
