strange t68i behaviour! please help

sorry if this has been posted before but i cudnt find it with a search. the thing is, my friends t68i has arrived from the carphonewarehouse with mviva wap settings. we've deleted those and replaced them with the required o2 wap settings. which work fine. until a few hours later when the t68i has replaced the o2 settings with the "deleted" mviva settings!?

anyone know what we're doing wrong or the bug that might be causing this?

My suggestion is send the o2 wap settings out again and save them alongside the mviva ones, rather than deleting them. Then just activate the o2 settings instead.

turn u:r phone off after installation of the new settings. sometimes u have to do that so the phone saves it properly.
