Globe MMS - Network or Communication Error T68i

I have requested Globe Telecom to activate my MMS three months ago. Up to now, it is still not working. For example, when I try to open MMS messages, it says "Loading" for around 2 minutes, after which, the error message "Network or communication error..." pops out. I have asked them around several times to check this out but they can't fix it they say. They just tell me that it is already activated and I should try again.

Note that my GPRS is working fine.

If you can give me input on what to do or check that will be great.

try globes auto config by typing GO t68i and send to 2951

I did that GO T68i thing already. Around 10 times already (as that is what globe tells me to do everytime i call them). GPRS is working but MMS is not, which is odd i think.

my postpaid is working fine, but my prepaid is not working, so are 2 of my friends but their prepaid are not working, why not join nowmms.

go to http://www.nowmms.com using pc and register, just follow instruction.
