GPRS isn't working anymore

Since Sunday last week I could use GPRS with Orange NL. Till Friday it worked perfectly in the area where I live. Friday in the afternoon I wasn't able to use GPRS at home. Yesterday I went to another area in my city and over there I do was able to use GPRS. When I got home I wasn't able to use GPRS any more.
Till Friday I was connected to GPRS and I could use it (the icon was black) After Friday the icon was grey and I wasn't able to use GPRS any more. Does anyone know why this could happen?
I only can't use it in a distance of about 500 meter from my home I suppose.

It's the problem of your network. You got GPRS out of service in your serving cell. Report it to the network provider.

The happend with me together.
With the came back to normal after 2 days.
So now can I use that again.

yes, it is a network prob and u have to report it!they can fix it, tehre's nuthin' u can do!

I called my provider last Friday and they sent a message to the GPRS support and they said they would call within 3 days.
3 days past now, no call :-S
Well, I will have to wait some longer :-S

Remember that we have just had a weekend so I would count threee days from today.

I have been able to use GPRS since a couple of hours ago!
I wanted to call my provider because they had not called me back but when I was in the service menu my icon of the GPRS changed to "GPRS active"! I am very happy now.
