Any Ideas ? Backup Problem

Hi folks,

Anyway the problem is backup refuses to work, i uninstalled appforge and deleted the .mdl files that are mentioned in the Appforge faq that cause issues. I then tried restoring and still nothing.

It keeps failing! basically i smashed my phone and got a replacement sent out, i was lucky enough to have backed up that day though.

I dont care about getting my programs, settings back, i can add them all again manually. But i have lost alot of contacts i dont have backup of !! All the contacts should be in the contacts.cdb file, so i can get them back...

I dont care about restoring this file, but i need all the data back (all my names & phone numbers).

I have some ideas, anyone got any software to view .cdb files? is their any way to overwrite the contacts.cdb on the phone?

Any ideas are welcome!
