Did anyone do that thing at school where you think up the most painfull stuff imaginable? Well if u did then lets post them all up here, just for a laugh like

A couple i heard today were 'placing a wooden toothpick under the nail of your big toe then kicking a football as hard as you can' and 'biting down as hard as you can on a nailfile then having someone rip it out' super ouch baby! Looking forward to hearing yours!

biting a curb as you would with an apple, then someone slamming their foot down and your teeth go straight up into your brain

Using an industrial staple gun, staple a piece of fresh chilli pepper to your eyeball.
If you want a true one, I Amin(an awfull African ruler) once had his wifes legs sewn to where her arms should be & arms on where her legs go, luckily she did not survive the opperation, but as a treat for his prison gaurds he would let them promise a prisoner his freedom if he clubbed a cellmate to death with a wooden bat, but while he waited for his release after doing the deed what he suddenly found out was another prisoner would be given the same offer with him as the victim....and so on.

well, when they operated my leg at the air force hospital, they had to kut in "Z" shape, so that they could remove muscle tissue to test 4 carcerigenous cells...
The "Z" was about 10 to 12 centimeters on top and bottom and the diagonal was about 20 cm...
the operation lasted 4 about 2 and a half hours and i winded up waking in the elevator... 3 minutes later i was in my room SCREAMING with pain in such a tone that people in buildings close by heard it. the nurse gave me a dose of tranquilizer so strong, that i sleeped 16 hours straight...
when i woke up again i thought i had no leg...
the worst part is that 30 cm beneath the wound i had a nice drenating probe to suck out the blood... the tube came out of the leg almost in the back of the knee zone!
guess what happened when it was time to take it out...?
i couldn't scream on that one... i had no air in my lungs when he pulled it.

this was my personal experience... i've been operated many times in many hospitals (unfortunatly)... but none like this one...

@cyanx7, i once got hit by a car while on my motorcycle, i had a compound break of both lower leg bones & had a Hoffmans frame in it for ages,after a bone graph from bone taken from my hip it did eventuaally heal, i couldn't put wieght on it for 10mnths & now it is 15mm shorter.i do remember finding the limits of my pain threshold at times.

This a is very very painful true story taken from the pages of FHM magazine:

When I was studying in Ireland, I took up rugby. As my first season wore on the lads and I were eventually scheduled to play a team which has quite a reputation for violent play. Considering that we wernt the most talented outfit to have ever taken the field we decided to accept the challenge with a do or die attitude, hoping things would eventually swing our way. They didn't, and to make matters worse our star player, Alan, dislocated his hip after a particularly ferocious tackle. He was clearly in a lot of pain, so we all stood back to watch the medic who, in one swift movement, managed to slot the hip back into its socket. Then Alan began a long, blood-curdling scream. To our horror we realized that one of his testicles had also been jammed into the socket, and was now firmly held in place by the hip. Incidentally, Alan managed to rip a vocal chord with his screaming.

Now that is what i call painfull

@pachy: u definatly won...
but u wanna know something funny about the operation i described? they had to cut me sooo deep, 'cause i had a very small tumour taken out of the same leg 2 months before... and that tumour suposedly was malignous... but they found out in a post-operation analisis that the first analisis was wrong... so i get to keep a big f*cking Z scar in my leg due to incompetence... this knowledge hurts a lot more than the operacion itself... i lost a month in my life, i suffered like a dog, and i thought i was really going to die after they also took something that was in my crotch (almost without anestetics)...
when it was time to ask 4 responsabilities i curiously found that the itsy bitsy tumour was meticulous destroyed at the hospital, and so was the counter analisis, due to lack of STORAGE SPACE...
CONCLUSION: there's a happy VETERINARIAN in the air force hospital still analising lovely extracted tumours...

The most painful thing i have been through is having the top of my finger sewn up after a very bad, deep cut, the worst part was because i had had quite a lot to drink (hence the accident) the anaesthetic did not work. So as it was being sewn up i felt every stitch going into and out of the end of my finger.

Sticking two pencils or similarly pointed objects into your nostrils, then banging them against a hard surface would be painful if not fatal

@cyanx7, i know one thing, having painfull things happen makes a person appreciate the gift of life

that's sadly right... how blind can we get, Pachy?... it's pure irony.

don't they check for alcohol before giving it to you?

@jellyellie
Nope No checks they just said ohhh that looks bad, that will need stitching. I guess because it was about 2am and it was busy (it was a weekend) they just patch you up and send you home asap.

a friend of mine was drinking a soda then all of a sudden he had to release a cough, then the soda he was drinking came out of his nose. and that's one painful thing. just a contribution. no need to react.
