Do a quick search on Wap gateways and you'll find a thread listing several you can try since yours limits you on a size that big. But why do you want a ring tone so big anyway? That's like huge for this phone. I've taken nearly all my ringtones and trimmed them, you don't hear most of the song anyway he you're going to answer it.

I can download all the www.kidnappedtoys.co.uk tones on T-Mobile UK they don't seem to have any limit on the size of files you can get through their WAP G/W

I'm on T-Mobile USA and I could download the ones I found around 55k but it wouldn't let me download the one I found that was ~91k, but then again I can't imagine there would be any ringtone I'd want that couldn't be trimmed down anyway.
Update: OK on TMo USA I couldn't download anything over 60k.
