i cant use the logos i upload, please help!!!!

I am having problems selecting and saving the background i want. when I upload a background that meets the requirements of the t68 and is under 2720 as recommended, i thought it was possible to select the original image, and not one of the automatically compressed versions. when ever i click the original i just get a blank page, unlike when i select a automatically formatted one, which i get a message saying that the image is saved.

this is real bugging me now cos i want to cheep the quality of the original image

can anyone help me out with this? is it a little bug in the site?
