Vodafone.net Pop Email WAP settings

Can anyone out there tell me what settings to use to set up my T39 to send + recieve email over dial-up Wap? I remember going through this with Vizzavi email, and I think that you need to get IP addresses for the servers, however I've pinged them and the IPs I got back (212.183.156.228 for both pop + smtp) don't work. As usual vodafone support don't have a clue!

Alternatively, if you've got it working with these IPs, what wap dial-up number are you using? I have a feeling mine may be incorrect.
