yes i have 11 months waranty, i have sent it to a se sevice centre for a s/w upgrade will this fix it?

Check first if you got your settings right. Then call ur service provider for assistance regarding comm settings. If it still doesnt work, then ur phone is in trouble.

i can't though because i can't actually access that menu to change the settings, i have contacted a se center for help and they said to send it over, so i did

I should b getting my phone back in a 1 or 2 days hopefully it will b repaired.
