OK Zoidy Here it is.
I've had this Microtooth BT Earpiece for about a week now and it is is very good!
First off it's tiny 4.5 cm long, 2.75 wide and .75 deep,
and although it's tiny, the microphone picks up your speech perfectly.
How do these dimensions compare with Bluespoons etc. etc?
On the website (see link above) it looks as though the mic section completely lights up. However my one has a blue led embedded into the mic section which blinks when on (and turns red when short of power).
Earpiece sound is OK (not very, very good, but quite good). Voice-dialling works a treat.
The integrated belt holster/charger is a really nifty design and although a two pin and car charger cables are supplied the unit also can be charged using any Nokia charger (I have a T68i, but I managed to scrounge an old Nokia charger from work
).
The earpiece turns itself off if it does not detect a phone for 5 mins...great for battery saving.
My two criticisms are that, the 'Ear Hook' that holds it on my ear is hard plastic and therefore not that comfortable for a long period of wear and the photocopied manual explains the pairing and operations of the earpiece but not any battery charging/standby periods etc.
Considering I paid £76 GBP for this (inc. postage from Hong Kong) though, this has got to be the best value small BT earpiece (you can't call it a headset, it's too small!) I've seen.

Have you tried this unit in a noisy area? Does it pick up background noise? Short mics without BOOM mics tend to pick up a lot of noise. I did notice on the web site they did talk about noise reduction. Not sure if there is a DSP implemented to do that or not?
