Is this start of trouble

p800... Have lost touch screen, so can't log in pin code. Rang orange they told me to ring SE, they told me to ring orange, as it's only 12 days old it is covered by statuary rights so it is oranges problem.They admitted their liability but haven't any tech on touch screen problems, so now I have been refered to the tech dept who are suppose to contact me within 72 Hrs. So now with out a phone. Don't know why touch went maybe software maybe hardware can't get into the phone to have a look around.

Just thought I would let you all know.

If they can't repair/replace the screen, have them provide you with a replacement.

B4 the14 days run out,i'd just take it back and get a replacement,period!!!
