Can anyone supply me with a list of settings for t68i and Virgin for email. text and WAP?

Can anyone point me to a precise list of instructions for setting up
(i) text messaging
(ii) emailing
(iii) wap

Please remember that I am a simple person, a complete beginner and that the t68i is new to me.
