Email Formating Codes Showing Up

Anyone downloading email from a pop3 email account?
I have tried a couple different accounts - when it downloads from the site all emails show up with formating codes.
Beginning of email has one paragraph of formating codes (font, color, etc), body of message has them occassionally as well such as ... Makes it a pain to read and ignore the codes. I have even tried a yahoo account where you can chose an option for text only, no html. Anyone know a fix?
Also - any email programs coming to compete with Outlook for CE device?
Microsoft smart phones have a nice email setup - just like on the PC, you can set up different reply addresses, etc. Love my P800 though!
