I am looking for poly-ringtones that ARE NOT songs...basically just cool sounds and ringtones, not actual songs...like the Old-fashioned ringtone...something cool and different, maybe even some weird funky noises...like the pulse MRT ring tone

Get Anvil Studio. Its available for free from sites such as www.downloads.com I'm sure you would be able to make the tone that you want with some playing around.
