dcu-10 USB connection cable with MacOS X.

I know there was a discussion on this topic about a year ago, and I'm wondering whether anyone has made any progress with it.

I want to connect my T300 to my iBook via USB cable for Internet access. Has anyone managed to do it? If so, what software was needed?
