I will be celebrating 10 years of Esato membership in 6 days. Things are a lot quieter here nowadays, i remember when the latest posts list on the home page was always changing, today it can stay the same for hours.

I remember when I used to stay up until 6am for Playtime. I won a fair few things from that... a mobile phone one year (I think I was just beaten to the top prize of an even better phone by Goldenface)!
And I used to stay up pretty late photoshopping phone concepts too. Those were good times, though not for my health!
I do miss the old days at Esato.

It's amazing how quiet this forum has become. I have been back here only a week or two and its crazy to come back on after the forum's old peak time (while I sleep) to find that only a few topics have been busy. A lot of the regional forums that used to be so busy are now entirely dead.
This used to be one of the largest mobile phone forums on the internet!

Phones became complete and overall quality is good too. That gives people less to complain or need to modify. Therefore forums become quiet.

The mobile version used to appear on my old
phones but the full version is easier to use now that there is one finger zoom on Chrome for mobile.

Yeah I find that to be the case with just about any website these days on a modern phone. Mobile sites are usually just gimped versions of the full site with annoyingly simplified options.

Hey hey, another doofus is checking in. I am not sure how long I am an Esato member, but I am a proud one and do miss the times of modding the Sony Ericsson phones I had. I think I participated in a Playtime, I won something but I don't quite remember what it was. Oh how the smartphones have ruined a lot of forums.
I wish we could get together somewhere
By the way, I am sure someone said something about whiskey, count me in!! I'll bring some interesting bottles
