Has anyone got the Gprs and mms settings for Optus in Oz?

I am looking for the manual settings for GPRS Wap and MMS setting for Optus in Australia. I know I can ask them to send me profiles over SMS, but I prefer knowing the settings and put them in manually. Can someone help plz?

just call optus and ask them to send them to you.
