The company plans to do so via an application compatibility layer. N9 was a phone that caught my attention immediately. I was even happier when i played with one. When i heard that no more phone will come out, reminded me the Satio thing (no future support). Finally I'm glad the project goes on. I have faith in Jolla. A good hardware will bring it to light again.

So who ordered the jPhone?

I would if I had money.

You can flash Jolla Sailfish on your n950

I have a N900!
But it will happen some day.

Sorry, my mistake.
I really like the initiative. the more the better.

Love it too, we need more competition!
I have both the N900 and N9, both excellent phones, and the N9 is beautiful!
Would've bought a successor from Nokia immediately, but now with Jolla, I'm not sure about the hardware, waiting for first-hand user-experience from some real owners.

And someday soon a geek will port Sailfish to Android

If that "geek" provides a safe undo also you can count me in.

I bet the Nexus 5 gets it first.
