Sync Calander entries between Outlook and P800??

Can anyone tell me why I can't sync my calander entries on the phone with Outlook? Everything else seems to sync fine. I have checked the settings as well. What am I doing wrong?

When it attempts to synchonise, All the bars on each field except calendar shows "initializing", then "analysing", then "transferring to phone".

However, on Calendar, it shows only "initialising"...then when all the other fields are synchronised, it simply shows "synchronising complete", even though no information was exchanged.

Any Ideas?

Precisely the same effect occurs on p900. No solution found until now. Any help appreciated ... need ... soft...ware......fast ........ please ....... patch........
