R5C Software Bug - Esato archive

Hi! I just bought a T68i with a R5C Software. I deleted 1 picture from it and 1 of my ringtone doesn't work anymore. It's just there but you can't play it. I tried to delete the ringtone, and also to overwrite it through the composer, however, I've got this message "Predefined Item Cannot Be Deleted".... I am disappointed but I can't do anything about it.... Does anyone ever experienced this before? I really need some help here.... Thanks....

I also have R5C. I have not encountered any problems yet. T68i for me is the best phone i've ever had.

Same here too! My first software version is R5C and i have not encountered any problems except for the hang up! Now my SW is R6A012!
