As subject suggests, does anyone here using any diary software daily?? Pls recommend one.
Can we use Microsoft Office software for that??? or other third party software ????

I read somewhere that writing diary everyday will keep you sane.
I mean, its a good way to let your emotions out otherwise you will be all choked up. 
I felt i should also write.
By the way, i came across few softwares from google. Currently downloading couple of them. I will write here which is best in my opinion.

okay... for last few days, i have been trying different diary softwares and came up with this two good softwares.
Smart Diary Suite 4
This is way too advanced for me. I have tried medical version but as i said its way too advanced, so i tried free version with limited features. But still that also bit advanced for me. I only want to write diary. Just simple. No complication in writing. Also while writing, it doesnot auto-correct the spellings like taht to that. so i drop this.
The Journal 5
This is very simple but very powerful software. I liked it already and been using it for last 3 days and its awesome.
