Charging while in docking station

Anyone who knows if the phone is still charging while the phone is in the docking station after it's allready charged full?

From what i know from before, it can be harmful fo the the battery if it charges continuesly? but im not sure!?

Shouldnt really be a problem with LiIon/LiPol batteries.
To the older NiCd it was really bad.
