C510 Battery life help? - Esato archive

Hi, i just got like a new c510 like 2 weeks ago, every single day i have to charge the battery, and the battery life is like 5% / hour so in about 10 hours in standby, my phone battery is already like gone, i tried changing batteries from my old bst-38 to the one i bought and replaced as well with warranty, but is still going at 5%/hour. is there problems with the phone? and how do i fix it? the brightness is at min, and GSM only, and turned off bluetooth. can anyone help me? i dont know much about software and stuff but on the phone sites, it says about 400 hour standby, but right now is only 10 hour standby.
