Here is the youtube video uploaded by me. Its video of a mobile which is running even without the battery. As you can see in this video, the guy has took out the battery in middle of a calling in progress. Even he has started music on it. According to that guy, mobile can last for 12 hours without battery and with battery upto 3 days.
Now dont ask for the brand because it is china made mobile, so no question of brand.

You need electricity to power a mobile phone, so this phone must have a small spare fixed battery inside.

Yes of course it must have a small back up battery which last for 12 hours.

No solar power. It must have small back battery inside the mobile which gets charged when main battery is charging.
