I just bought a new T68i.
Everything is great I love this phone
I have one problem:
I have a whole bunch of contacts saved and for some reason when I get an incoming call (some times) It doesn`t display the contact name and after the phone call it says "number not phone in contacts would you like to save it" (something like that) Also when I call the contact from the contact list or call list it say the samething. Any one has any ideas please help me, I hate to take it back to the store I love this phone.

How about to deletet the entry and make a new one. I prefer turning ŽAsk to saveŽ off.

Yeah But it did it with couple of them not just one. it did it for one incoming and once for outgoing

Know what problem you are facing, but do not know what caused exactly. Can u try to sync contacts with outlook and then edit there? Or make a phone number backup to SIM, or to PC with software before do a master reset.

I put all the contacts on 2 the SIM card. but after master reset I have to set all the options and all the pics will be deleted and all the voice commands ?????????
