Well, for those of you who are interested, i did it like this.
Starting with NO money, As soon as i could i borrowed enough money to buy a large ruined house, i spent ALL my time & ALL my money working VERY hard ALL hours for 5 years to restore it, then i sold it for double, then i paid the loan off & bought a smaller house & land for cash with the profit.
And as i now have enough land to rent out bits to people & almost no outgoings means i can do nothing if i want. but when i earn money i keep it instead of paying loans or a mortgage.
I hate the hot sunny weather so i sleep in the daytime this time of year.
