Hello guys, I have a problem with the camera when something is photographed, for example people and when they move (hand, foot) drop me a part of this blurry as can be seen in this photo. Yes you can tell me how to fix it, if at all possible.

this is due to slow shutter speed. This is needed to attain better photos at night or low lighting condition
