With my Samsung Tocco Lite GT-S5230 mobile phone with touch pad, do I when I have rung my provider to top up my pay as you go account, and they then ask me to answer their questions using the numeric keypad, access the keypad during this telephone? Have looked in the manual without success.

You need to press the lock key located at the right side of the phone. Then press the keypad button located at the left lower side of the touch screen.

Thanks for that. I wasn't doing it fast enough and the lock was coming back on.
