personaly my t68i froze when i turned it on for the
first time!

Mine froze once since I bought it. I had to turn if off and on again to make it to work.

The very first time the phone needs some times to iniate, the phone is not freezing he just needs some time .... I had it and some others too

My one froze a couple of times when I first got it but its fine now

I got a real freeze. I had to turn it of by unplugging the battery and after turning it on I couldn't type anything anymore cause the keypad also was frozen. The keypad staid locked and couldn't be unlocked anymore. It had to take it to a SE servicestation and after a upgrade from R5D007 to R6A012 I haddened any problems anymore.
I was probably something that happened because of a wrong upgrade from R2F to R5D. The SE servicestation had to upgrade the phone twice as it went wrong the first time.
