w595 contacts dissapearing

i have a sony ericsson w595 and my contacts and music dissapear i have used the sony ericsson updater when i update the phone all my contacts come back and my music pictures etc, but after every 2 or 3 days it dissapeares again then i have to update it AGAIN then it keeps happening im sick of updating it every now and then, any one know the problem?
