Hey guys
Basically I got a big problem with my new Vivaz Pro. I got it a few weeks ago and love it, its a lovely phone. However I have a big issue.
I can text, recieve texts and recieve calls as usual. However I cannot make calls. Each time I try it says "emergancy calls only." It really is frustrating I can have full bars but still not make calls. At the same time I can still text and recieve calls. Any idea what the problem could be?

Where did you purchase the phone from?
Its seems like the handset is blocked

Thanks for the quick reply mate.
I got it from carphonewarehouse. Its strange though. Surely a blocked handset would mean I wouldnt be able to text or recieve calls?

If you got it from them take it back and ask for an exchange... You can try your SIM into another phone and see if it works

Okay. Ill take it back tomorrow. In the mean time, is there anything I can do while Im at home? Possibly unblock it using my computer?
