wan upgrade 5800xm to v40-help!

i wan to upgrade my 5800xm to v40 or 50 ..
but i do no how ..
i already update application .. can't
i already try to flash also cant ..
when i m using j.a.f. ... error message will appear .. ( p-key)
can anybody told me what software i must use and the tutorial too ..
or .. have a another option to upgrade software version to v40
