I got my P800 yesterday, made 03W04 and it has the following software versions. So i guess it most be the latest
Phone: R1D
Bluetooth: R2C
Organiser: R1F01
CDA: R1F04

How do you upgrade the software in the P800? Is it possible to download the software from the Internet and upgrade at home or do you have to go to the shop where you bought the telephone and upgrade it?

In the White Paper for SonyEricsson P800 there is written that it is possible to upgrade Your phone by visiting Service Point and by Yourself - downloading the files from the internet...
I have to find it - then I'll paste it exactly here.

Hello!
It is not possible to upgrade firmware by downloading an installing! You HAVE to go to a store/service center and upgrade! PS Do not forget to backup your phone prior since the upgrade totally emty your phone
