Screen has a red mark (getting bigger)

Got T68, updated software to T68i about 2 months ago. but now got a red "blemish, mark, leak?" in the area where the envelope icon is normallly displayed. Does this mean the phone LCD is leaking? or is it currupt software?

Take it straight back to the Service Point that did the SW upgrade if it is still under warranty, blame them for it (sounds like it was their fault) and make them replace it.
