iPhone3G contacts to Bold/PC

Hi everyone,

I am trying to transfer my contacts from my iPhone 3G to either the PC or my Blackberry Bold.

I am running Windows 7 and have Outlook 2003 installed as well if that helps?

Please someone give me an answer quickly its driving me insane!!!
