how much should it cost ?
i have a iphone 3G black 16 GB (good condition, one little scratch in the display but the rest is fine because of the screen protection screen , only the side mute switch is broken but it can be fixed no problem ) registered as an developer device ( you can install all betas... 4.1 beta 3 for example) )
its already on 4.0 and jailbroken, no sim-lock

i would think about 180 pounds, but we can discuss about it
