Hi,

I flashed my C905, then I went to ifs/settings/camera and delete "camdriver0.dat".

I drag the modified camdriver and dropped it into that folder.

Then shutdown A2Uploader, quit the battery and put it back again; when I start the phone....The firmware is the original from Sony!! I tryed with several camdrivers and always the same, I checked the files in the phone and the modified drivers are there.

Anybody knows what should be happening?

Thanks!!

You're confused about flashing phones and simply customizing file system.
Think of flashing as installing a new operating system (firmware) onto your phone, some firmwares are faster than others and have better user inferaces.
When you are installing a camera driver on your phone you aren't flashing your phone to a new firmware, you're just customizing the file system with A2 Uploader by going through file system folders ifs>settings>camera to replace a single file. So the firmware is not changed when you upload a camera driver, you aren't flashing it.
All the camera drivers will be working, when you download them they should come with a readme file that you need to read.

@fraguelrk: For camdriver, if you don't see anything different in the options menu, that's because you haven't changed the language file. You will be using the new camdriver just the menu options will show the original. I think that's what you're having problems with... but not sure since your post is a bit confusing as mriley mentioned.
