Solution I:
(1) Upload a customize_upgrade.xml file with generic CDA to your phone' file system tpa/preset/custom.
(2) Update with Sony Ericsson Update Service.

Solution II:
Download the required firmware and custom files and flash it with A2upload or Omnius Server.

what files do i need? do i use the western europe file or what im in new zealand it might affect my network

Any generic firmware would be fine. There will be no network issue. But you need not to download any firmware or any file.
Just create a customize_upgrade with any generic (western europe or whatever) CDA. And upload it to tpa/preset/custom
Restart your phone & then turn it off. Run SEUS and update the software.

Very easy & simple.
